Refund policy

At Adorniv , we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging with tag, and in the same condition as delivered including proof of purchase.

  • Returns are not accepted for earrings or personalized items due to hygiene and customization.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@adorniv.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  • We will guide you through the return process.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing video as proof.

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, the full amount will be issued as store credit, valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance.

5. Warranty

  • We offer 6 months warranty ensuring product quality only. Please note that damage resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty policy.
  • A nominal fee of ₹199 will be deducted as processing charges.
  • The remaining amount will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items returned after 2 days

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
