• Remote or rural areas may take longer due to courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  
  
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹75 will be applied.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

• You can track your package anytime using that link.

5. Delays

• Shipping delays may happen due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier issues. We will inform you in such cases.

6. Address Accuracy

• Please enter the correct shipping address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.

7. Damaged Package

• If the parcel is damaged or appears tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Kindly take photos or videos and contact us immediately.
